No. Procurement and pilot decisions remain subject to applicable public-sector procedures.
3. Who can apply?
Individuals, startups, academic institutions, public sector employees, industry participants, and consortia.
4. Can government employees submit?
Yes. Entity employees may submit ideas in accordance with applicable service rules.
5. How often are submissions evaluated?
Screening and Technical Evaluation Panel reviews occur quarterly.
6. Is there a submission fee?
No. There is no fee for submission.
7. Are rejected submissions publicly disclosed?
No. Only recognized submissions are publicly listed.
8. How are submissions scored?
Evaluation criteria and weighted scoring framework are published for transparency.
